Full Throttle's employee app

Scheduling at Full Throttle used to run through group texts and a time clock built into the register system. Managers rebuilt the schedule every week, open shifts sat empty, and someone spent Friday fixing punches before payroll.

ShiftHero put all of it on the employees' phones. Staff see their schedule, set their availability and grab open shifts themselves. Clock-in checks that they're actually at the park, so punches come in clean. Managers build the week from their phone and run the day's operations from the same app.
