Before this, contracts were on paper, payments came in by check and the schedule lived in people's heads.

Now customers sign their storage contract on their phone and pay a prorated first month through Stripe. Billing runs monthly after that, and paid invoices land in QuickBooks Online. Customers book their own drop-offs and pickups. Staff find any vehicle by plate or owner name, text customers from the app and pull financial reports when they need them.
