Full Throttle data consolidation

Full Throttle runs six parks, and each one had its own database. Answering something simple, like which park had the best Saturday, meant pulling reports from six systems and lining them up in a spreadsheet.

We brought all six into a single database that stays current as each park's data changes. Revenue, guest counts, refunds and track utilization are measured the same way everywhere, so the parks can be compared side by side.

That database now feeds the company's live displays and reports. Leadership can ask it questions in plain English across every park, and it sends an alert when a number moves outside its usual range.
